Our Breakfast table organic muesli is supplied by Pimhill Farm, Shropshire. Pimhill farm was one of the first organic farms in the country. The muesli is a blend of Pimhill Porridge Oats, Pimhill Jumbo Oats, wheatflakes, sultanas, raisins, currants, apple flakes, almonds, hazlenuts, brazil nuts and no sugar. This creates a soft delicious mix with no toasted ingredients.
We also use Pimhill Oatcakes in our supper platters, which are handmade using ingredients from Pimhill; wholemeal flour, oatmeal and groats combined with local organic butter.
